The Koi House welcomes up to ten guests across its three bedrooms. It's also the social and creative heart of the Center, home to the café, the gallery, and a shared living room. You'll pass through it on your way to a coffee, a conversation, or a quiet moment with a painting.

Ask About The Koi HouseThe café seats up to 25 people and gives you a reason to stay a little longer. Food here is part of how we care for one another. Wherever possible it's grown in our own food forest, so herbs, vegetables, and seasonal fruit come from steps away.
Guests are welcome, neighbors are welcome, and day visitors are welcome. The café is where the Center opens its doors to the wider island, and we're grateful for that.
This isn't a hushed white-walled gallery set apart from everyday life. It's a space you wander through on your way to a coffee or a conversation, and the art is woven into the life of the house.
Jemma's work anchors the gallery, alongside invited artists and pieces born in our workshops and internships. Each new show is a small celebration of what it means to create.
