More than tenancy. A chance to live within a community that is building something meaningful โ and to bring your skills, your story, and your commitment to that building.
The Residency program is the backbone of Smith Island Sanctuary โ both financially and operationally. Residents are not guests passing through. They are co-creators of the community, bringing practical skills that enable every program to function, and high-frequency values that shape the culture of the whole.
Whether you pay monthly rent (Track A) or exchange skilled labor for accommodation (Track B), you are joining a living experiment in conscious community โ one grounded in the belief that abundance grows from contribution, not extraction.
